We always look for the most suitable solution for your situation. This means that we always provide free advice to try and help you out. We would be happy to discuss with you whether our service department can meet your expectations. In some cases, for example, you are better and/or cheaper off with a 'simple' cleaner. Just send us some photos of the stain or damage, we'll take care of the rest!
WHAT DO WE NEED?
First of all, we need all of the information regarding your furniture:
- Name of the manufacturer (probably Bert Plantagie)
- Name of the furniture upholstery & the color code of the material
We also need a clear description of the complaint. Describe what caused the stain/damage and what you may have already tried. Also indicate how long ago it happened (approximately). Finally, we need two photos, if possible:
- 1 detailed photo from up close
- 1 overview photo from the entire piece of furniture, this way we get an idea of the size of the stain.
